Training Logistics

The service hour is divided into:

  • 40 min of in-person training

  • 20 min for your trainer to write and send your training notes in the evening

We do our best to respond to training and behavioral questions via email or text up to 9:00pm daily.

These notes are your training guide, progress report, and homework.


Cancellation Fee

$30.00 fee for same-day cancellations.

The following reasons are exempt:

  • Health and wellness of dog and pet parent*

  • Hazardous Weather

* (must give more than 1 hour notice)


Payment

We best accept payment through Venmo, but also accept card, cash, or check. Payments are due prior to your first session. All packages are paid in one payment.


Invoice

Your first invoice will be sent before your consultation. If you enjoy our service and decide to make additional purchases for continued training after your first package, we will send invoices for continued training out on Friday evenings.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds.
